Hare Krishna

I have been looking forward to this day for some time now. Saturday we went to Spanish Fork to go to the Sri Sri Radha Krishna Temple Festival of Colors. I dont really know what the point of it is, but I think it is like a Hindu religious thing or celebration. I heard someone say it was where they welcome in the spring and say goodbye to the winter. If that is true then I was for sure going to be there because I am sick of the winter and am fully welcoming the spring and summer. Anyways we had a blast. There was chalk everywhere. One of the highlights of the semester. Enjoy the many pictures!!Yes that is what the sky looked like. You can sort of see the temple in the background.Yes I realize that I am a freak. So sorry!

Solid Weekend

I love when I have good weekends. This weekend proved to be excellent which was definitely needed.
Friday morning I went to breakfast at Legends with Whitney and Carson. Then we laid out for a few hours in the sun. It is so great to wear flip-flops and see the sun shining. Then Whitmer and I went to Costa Vida for dinner. I like Cafe Rio better than Costa except for 2 things: the ice at Costa is my all time favorite and at Costa you can get a small salad which is nice. Other than those 2 things I would much rather have Rio. Then we headed over to the lacrosse game. That was my first lacrosse game and it was a lot of fun. Go Logan, Kyle, and Taylor!! Then Whitmer and I went to a girl on her cheer squad's house. But before we headed out there, her and her husband live in Pleasant Grove, we went and picked up Jimmer Fredette. Yes, #32 on the basketball team. While Whit was in Philly this last week she became friends with the bball players given that them and the cheerleaders had their own private jet to fly in for the NCAA. That was a fun time. We just played some Rock Band and watched some March Madness. Then Whitmer and I left and met up with Carton, who had been picking up her brother from the airport. We met up with more people and went to this girls aunt house and played Pictionary and then watched Rush Hour 2. I was quite tired so I slept through it. Great day!
Then Saturday I was able to sleep in and then went to breakfast with Natalie. Had a nice relaxing morning taking my sweet time getting ready. Then Whitmer and I watched Failure to Launch waiting for Cart to get home from snowboarding with her brother. Then we went and picked up Jimmer again and #1 Charles Abouo and made the traditional trip to Sandy for some Chipotle. Jimmer had never been to Chipotle so it was crucial that we introduce him to it. I am guilty enough to say that it was me, Whit, and Cart's 2nd time that week hitting up Chipotle. I am pleased to report that Jimmer was converted and loved his burrito. It was so fun to hang with Jimmer and Charles and we plan to hang out with them more. We came back to Provo to drop them off and we changed and Whit, Cart and I drove over to like Lindon/Pleasant Grove and went to this place called Jump On It. There we met a bunch of our friends and jumped on the tramps. It is like a huge gymnasium covered in trampolines that you can jump from. I am not talented enough to do any flips but it was still so much fun. After that we went to Tay's brothers house and watched a movie.
And now here I sit on this day of rest after going to church and taking a nap hoping that I can finish this weekend with another fun activity. We shall see.
Also..I am so retarded but I didnt take any pictures of my great weekend. I will try to remember and be better about that one.

Shout Out to Kristin

So lately I have had a slightly boring life with not much excitement. The semester is winding down and I am ready for a break. Some have mentioned that I haven't updated my blog and I am sorry. Hopefully some fun things will happen and I take some pics so I can post about it.

But in the meantime I wanted to give a shout out to my friend Kristin. We have been hanging out quite a lot just the two of us. (side note=other friends have been getting bf's so we dont see much of them) Kristin and I have so much fun together with anything we do. We can usually be found doing random things, driving to random places or just driving to drive, eating, watching movies, and having great talks. We have had some deep conversations and I love it.
Anyways this is just a post to thank her for being such a good friend to me and one I can always count on.
I love you Kristin Marie Gleave!
WARNING: A bunch of random pictures followed. I got a little crazy with adding pictures. There are lots more but I didn't put them on here.
